Lot 1 Shoppers mall

Lot 1 Shoppers mall is a shopping mall located in Choa Chu Kang. It was built in 1997 and is one of the major shopping malls in Choa Chu Kang. It is very convenient because it is located beside Choa Chu Kang mrt station and Choa Chu Kang bus interchange.

Lot 1 Shoppers Mall is filled with all kinds of shops that sells almost anything. There are shops that sell clothes, stationary, electronic devices and many more. A cinema, restaurants, a supermarket and food courts are also located in the shopping mall.

The mall has undergone enhancement works from 2007 to 2008 to build a four-story retail extension block and a roof garden on the 5th floor that includes a wet and a dry playground (see pictures).

So, if you like shopping, make sure to go there and take a look.

What I enjoyed most when working on this task is that I got to go around the neighborhood which made me realise a lot of different places I did not know about like some parks, shopping centres and residential estates. One of the challenges I faced was trying to get to the place I wanted to go because I had to take public transport and sometimes I did not know which buses I could take to the place I wanted to go to. I would do more research before I went to gather information and take pictures because I was still not sure of the places I wanted to go to so I was not sure of the route to get to the places.
